Does anyone know yet what kind of shape Thompson will be in for the Price fight?

Maybe he was hoping you would get off the fence rather than cover all outcomes?!

I think Price will win, but also that Thompson will win. Boxing will be the real winner.

I reckon Tony will be in better shape, but not 17st 6Ib shape.

 

He didnt need to be in decent shape the first time round to make short work of Price so Id imagine hel come in looking more or less the same as the first fight.

Im predicting Thompson stops Price again too.

 

I have Price as my winner (TKO7), but it's like a 55/45 kinda fight to me.

Fair enough. It is a tricky one to call.

 

I suspect it'll be a long night for Price- I don't think Thompson should trouble Price this time around though. Likely will be dull.

 

I think Price will win but for some reason im rooting for thompson

 

I think Thompson stops him again, Price is going to come out with a really high guard and box too nervously with a reluctance to throw his right hand and over commit.

Price I think is done now, when you get clipped by an out of shape over the hill guy like Thompson and sparked in front of your home crowd you lose that sense of invincibility. OK Lennox Lewis came back from KO's but Price isn't Lennox and I think the last fight will play on his mind too much. Thompson has nothing to lose, he's going to retire soon anyway and all the pressure is on Price, I think that will be telling.

 

He said he punches harder when he's bigger. So i expect him to drain as much weight as he can and produce a Banks like display.
