...great fighter or great skill? Even for a big man, his offensive arsenal is quite limited. Sam Peter gave him all he couldh andle, and Sam doesn't know **** about boxing. Klitschko is fortunate that most of the population automatically think that size dictates the outcome of a fight which is sad. Is everyone ascared of everyone? Without a punch, a big guy is just a big target. Obviously Klitschko's size didn't help his chin. So what if a smaller man, such as Haye in this instance, hits just as hard, but is faster, and overall better. Wlad is fortunate to be at the top of the heavyweight division in a time where there are no formidable challengers aside from Haye. But Klitschko is goin down.
wow... over the last couple days more and more delusional Haye fans have been hitting the board. Threads like this are just a waste of space and time.
Wlad has the best Jab in the heavyweight division, the best straight right in the heavyweight division, the best left hook in the heavyweight division... he can hook off the jab, he can punch in combination... he has very good footwork... he has a great defense, hardly ever taking a flush shot... he is fast, and has one punch knockout power in both hands.... what the hell do you want? I swear that some of you won't be happy until he takes 35 unanswered haymakers and then knocks his opponent out with his dick.
Amazing, isnt it! These numerous childish Haye nuthuggers infesting our forum with their ludicrious posts and threads! Haye, their great idol, hasnt proved anything at heavy up to now. A fighter who lost to Thompson and had a tough time with Mormeck isnt certainly the kind of fighter who makes Wlad's heart go right down into his boots when he caughts sight of the him. We will see which way the cat jumps after it has been punched by the reigning big cat out there
These posts sound like the Peter posts 1-2 years ago. Look what happened to Peter. Wvlad by early KO.
You'll see. Wlad will look somewhat listless when he jabs at a target that is no longer there and is countered with right hands and left hooks.
Pretty much. Outside of the uppercut and the ****ing bolo punch, you could argue (and most probably would agree) that Wladimir Klitschko has the best of every type of punch in the division.
I think Wlad is a very skilled fighter. I think anyone with a modicum of sense would have to admit that Wlad is the favorite in a fight against Haye. After all, Haye is the smaller man moving up to try and take out the bigger guy. If being the heavyweight champ was so easy, what was HAaye doing wasting his time in the cruiser weight division? That said, I will be cheering for Haye, and I do think Haye has the tools to pull off the win, but lest be honest here, on paper, Wlad has most of the advantages. Haye's a bit quicker, and he's braver/more reckless. That impetuousness can pay off, or it could backfire.
thats all good an well- but if you just jab jab grab whats the point of having all that stuff. i loved watching him back in the day- recently his fights are some of the most boring shite going.
Haye will soon be meeting Wlad Klitschko, who supposedly has such a bad chin...after all he was cracked by some pretty serious heavyweights, so all I have to say is to consider that Haye has been decked and hurt by Barrett, Mormeck, and last but not least...ko'ed by none other than Carl Thompson.
People get pissy about the jab because he just leaves it out there like a dangling branch in people's faces, but he only does that to people dumb enough to let that continue to be effective. Any time someone uses head movement or angles he actually fires it off and when he does, it is a damn pretty jab. And tape of his cross could pretty much be the mid-term curriculum in Boxing 101.
I didn't say he was exciting, I just said he was good. Wlad does sort of fight like someone who doesn't like boxing. I know that's not true; his dedication is obvious in his preparation, but when you watch him, it's like watching a kid who's mom just told him to clean his room. He does it, but he won't put any extra effort in. The reason I am rooting for Haye is that Haye is fun to watch.
