I think that would be damn near impossible. I wish I had the view of life that Sam does, that guy is always happy and positive.
He has a horrible style to watch but as a person he seems to be solid gold ! To be honest most aussies I know have that same cheerfulness , its all that damn sunshine (I'm freezing my arse of in Glasgow ! )
I think he's great to watch, you know he's gonna come forward and he's gonna make a fight of it. Throwing 100 punches a round. He's largely underrated as well.
No one hates him, but does anyone adore him? He doesn't seem to spark any intense emotion one way or the other.Probably because he doesn't really threaten to be a champion or any more than a fringe contender. He can't punch and his style is not exciting. But he's humble and personable, which is rare in this sport filled with gansters, egomaniacs and anti social psycopaths.
Sam is awesome! Ive never seen another fighter who looked so happy to be where he was the whole damn fight. I also personaly like his fighting style, its like he has no time for technique, just gets in there and goes buckwild. Very entertaining, I would like to see more of his fights televised.
