Does anyone realistically believe RyGa has a chance to win?

Garcia weighed in at 143lbs with no rehydration limit... Vs Tank Garcia weighed in at 135lbs with a rehydration limit ... That's a massive advantage to Garcia ..

People think this won't be a massive factor in this fight don't know the fight game ... This Garcia lands clean on a drained 140 Haney it will be lights out for Haney ...

From a skills perspective I think he has a chance. I think his speed and counter punching could be a challenge. That being said, he seems to be mentally unstable, so no I don’t think he has much of a chance.

No he doesn't. Haney has no power but is smart and really good at his craft. Garcia looks awesome shadowboxing and can dominate when his opponents have nothing to offer, but he is a different fighter in real fights. Garcia is more like an actor that wants a fight scene to look good where Haney has actual (albeit boring) skill. His lack of power is really the only thing keeping him from being a superstar. Well...that and he is an irritating turd.

 

I've no idea how to place a wager in here but with the odds so against Garcia I'd like to place a bet on him.

 

If anything, Haney didn't have to do much marketing as Ryan was doing all of it. It might backfire, but we will know soon enough if ppv sold well or not.

 

That's what I'm doing. Haney will probably drag out a boring decision win, but hopefully Garcia can land a big punch on that chin and shatter it.

 

While clearly the underdog, he's got to have a better chance here at the weight than he did against Davis.

He's a huge price at 6/1 also.
