If he does, (which everyone would agree that the sport of Boxing can omly benefit from) he must surely realize that Olympics Standardized Testing Would also ban hs Prescious XYLOCAINE as it is considered a PED by Olympic Standards.

    Please discuss without insulting intelligence..

No need to petition when you are only targetting one boxer that you are afraid of fighting.

Damn dude, don't you ever get tired of saying that sort of thing? On top of that has all kinds of hypocrisy written all over it. To say Floyd is scared is like pissing into the wind when your guy can't even get over his needle phobia. If Pac was all balls, why won't he fight with 10 oz gloves? Why does he fear he can't beat Floyd if he took those blood tests?

Is it really proven that Floyd takes xylocaine on or around the days of the fight? If so then he won't.

However I believe Mayweather isn't asking for Olympic standard testing. The testing protocol he is asking of Pacquiao isn't standard Olympic protocol.
