  2. I thought JuanMa would killl Caballero before I saw Caba's last fight. But now I think JuanMa has a lot of trouble with him and I think Bob Arum knows it.

I saw a well conditioned, high volume puncher in Caballero this past Sat. Steven Luevano, though lost, was landing some good jabs on JuanMas face, so I can see Celestino finding Lopez with his jab as well. If Caba can take Lopez past the 6th round, It will start looking more favorable for him. Lately I've been more impressed with Caba, and Gamboa, than I have with Lopez. I do think if Caballero were to fight Lopez right now, he would win. can't say how though.

Nah, I think Juanma beats Caballero. I think if Juanma doesn't hurt him early he will probably win a close decision. Caballero looked better than before last saturday, but I think Juanma's athletism and power give him the advantage early in the fight. If he's unable to take him out early I think he can win enough rounds by boxing him in the latter parts of the fight. I just really hope Arum doesn't feed Caballero to Gamboa when he's clearly Juanma's business.

That's what it's looking like, Gamboa vs Caballero. Arum dosn't want Lopez in there against Caballero right now. He wants Gamboa to handle Celestino, then they'll take the winner. At least that's what it's looking like.

This was a better match-up at 122 for CC. I got Juanma by Kayo. CC is just too open. He was getting countered hard all night. Yordan just didn't have the pop, also CC looks weak at 126.

I dunno about this, but I think Gamboa dominates them both.

CC is just to open, He was getting countered hard all night.

And NO, Yordan wasn't getting countered, he was being overwhelmed by a volume puncher with and insane reach.

I wouldn't say "hard all night", but do really think he will do the same against Lopez? CC will have a tighter defence. After the 6th round Caballero was just too comfortable in there against Yordan, there was no danger. He just was too relaxed, allowing himself to be more open than expected. He took all the shot he recieved well, I must say. that shot Yordan landed in the late round that looked to have wobbled CC, was more of a balance issue than a devastating shot.

Obviously Juanma doesn't feel he would beat Caballero cause if he did, the fight would have been made a long time ago.
