Does anyone still think that Kessler will beat Dawson or Abraham ?

Abraham maybe, but Dawson could beat kessler on various different strategies.

 

I don't know that I ever thought Kessler could beat Dawson.

Kessler at his very best would hand AA his ass inside 10 rounds. The version of Kessler that showed up last Saturady would lose to Abraham, Bute, Taylor from the Froch fight, Pavlik, and might lose to Carl The clumsy.

 

He has a good shot against Abraham but not Dawson.

 

Stick to watching Kelly "the trailer park idol" Pavlik please, your hate for Abraham is laughable. You even tried to hint that Abraham, obviously the one who has been calling out Pavlik for like EVER, moved up to a SMW tourney involving Kessler, Ward, Taylor, Froch and Dirrell not to forget other guys in the division like Bute, Andrade Bika and your idol Zuniga because he's scared of Pavlik! :rofl

Pavlik lately has been ducking Welterweights he called out while Abraham has a great shot of winning a tournament considered one of the greatest ever for the sport. If only someone can convince you to put down the trailer made beer for ONE SECOND you MIGHT understand what I'm typing.

Dawson would always beat the **** out of Kessler. The way Kessler leaves his jab out there, Abraham could possibly counter him silly.

I never thought he had a shot at Dawson, but Abraham I think he does. When you see Lajuan Simon tippy tapping Abraham's gloves with his jab/right hand and winning numerous rounds a quality operator like Kessler certainly is capable of doing more.

That said I do believe Abraham is way stronger at 168, and Kessler would need a lot more sharpness otherwise he'd take too many from the deceptively quick handed and powerful Abraham.

 

I'm going to go against the grain a little and say that I'm more impressed with Abraham than I am with Dawson. Dawson is just bigger. I hope this isn't off topic, but I think Kessler will win his next two fights (the ones we know he's actually fighting), for whatever that's worth. As for Abraham.....tough one to call. But what is the indication in the thread title with the word "still"?

Ask these 100 or so ... they all chose Kessler over Dawson .. I'd bet not all 100 would pick Kessler over Abraham though - just Dawson. They'd probably all pick Abraham over Dawson though.

You pull no punches. I'm glad we root for the same fighters. You'd be a tough cookie to deal with otherwise.

 

Abraham is more feasible. Dawson would do the same if not worse than what Ward did.

Abraham, though? He gives you enough time to recollect and get off. I could see Kessler winning most rounds. But it's very possible that in the midst of all that, Abraham catches Kessler.
