    I know you made that comment to bait/troll him but I really do think Marciano's arm punching would be a key factor in this fight

    If he made a case that Holmes' size and jab would win it for him, then yeah, I could see that as a plausible argument. But Marciano has one of the best gas tanks in boxing history :lol: He might lose in other ways but not through getting tired.

    Story goes after a sparring session with Ali , Larry was sporting a big shiner. Someone said "Hey Larry let me put some ice on that" Larry snapped " No way Ali gave me that & I want my buddies in Easton to see it" He was so proud of the black eye Ali gave him

    From what I've read by the mid 70s, it was Holmes giving out the shiners by the mid 70s

    Larry idolized Ali in those days.
    . He showed off his back eye & said my idol Ali gave me that. Ali should have retired after the Foreman fight or even before . He was a sick man then. To fight Holmes & then Berbick after its a wonder he survived
