Does anyone think Murray stands a chance against Katsidis?

I reckon Murray would go longer but he'd play into Katsidis's hands eventually. As much as I like Murray I'd side with a Katsidis stoppage by the 6th.

Nah Murray won't beat Katsidis like tff said Murray likes to do the same sort of thing as Katsidis impose his will/style on other opponents by strength and alot of punches. but problem is Katsidis is better in nearly every way at what Murray does well.

Chance of winning or chance of hearing the bell to end the first round?

Not really, everything Murray can do, Katsidis can do better. Murray does not have one punch KO power, and gets hit far too easily BUT if it turned into an all out war and Murray didnt get sparked out early i would give him much more of a chance over Katsidis because he seems to have good stamina and a good punch output. But i would still favour Katsidis by stoppage in a short but sweet war.

No really, he was winded and missing a lot off his punches,Im not saying this to be contraversial, take a look again i would be interested on your unbiaze take on this,Kats steamed in knowing he had nothing to fear,John will hurt him to the body and make him careful..don't write on here slaging me of i'd like honest opinions please.....salud amigos..

Katsidis will be beaten by a big puncher, or a good boxer . Only the really good will beat him, the not quite good enough will be in real trouble. It will be quite hard to match him i think, those good enough to go some distance with him will pose a genuine threat. Those without the power or skills to keep him off will be blown away. Murray falls into the latter group. Mitchell made Kats look great, he isn't, but Kev was too small and not slick enough or hard enough hitting. Khan i would favour to beat him. Marquez also.

Well at the weigh in they looked nigh on the same height. Katsidis had a thicker chest, a wider chest , bigger arms etc etc I am not computer savvy so cannot post pics but i am sure someone can. Katsidis looked much bigger to me, and an awful lot stronger.

Katsidis is HUGE for the weight and Mitchell ain't that big at all really.... I'm glad somebody noticed how obvious it was.

To be fair he was just saying he has a punchers chance, not saying he would win. I would agree as well.

I thought he looked much smaller. Did you see the size difference of their heads?
