Does Anyone Think Sam Langford Is The Best Fighter Of All Time?

    That is a tough asignment and perhaps one that I am not equal to but how about:

    Cronological order

    W15 Joe Gans 1903 (Lanfords first year as a profesional fighter)

    KO14 Harry Wills 1914 (Langford overcomes an ankle injury early in the fight to rip back the coloured title from Wills)

    KO2 Tiger Flowers 1922 (An old and almost blind Langford pulls off one last great win)

    Langford had an amazing career. If there was any justice he would have won at least two lineal crowns. One could argue Sam was the best around in his career, which ranged from light weight to heavyweight.

    The word never should not be used in sports, but I don't think we will see a boxing career like Langford in our lifetime.
