Does anyone think that Mundine vs Geale is going to be announced soon?

Mundine keeps moving back his announncement of an opponent. I reckon he is in negotiations with Geale, he has hinted at it on twitter over the last few weeks....

Is Mundine going to humble your nation again?

Non title bout. I'm all for it. No friggin way should choc get a shot at those belts. Geale did the hard roads for them. McKart to dual belt shot. Better not happen.

I don't beleive a champion should ever take a fight that doesn't put his titles on the line, Biggest load of **** ever, especially if they lose but are still champ??? Please....

    gotta disagree.

im all for mundine getting a shot at those belts. it would be hard work staying at that un natural weight. he's had a few fights there, and has beaten geale previously. they are both indigenous aussies. one has a profile, he's old. one NEEDS the profile and he is young.

geale fighting mundine in a non title bout would be cowardice. either he avoids him (he has the right to) or he gives him the shot,.

geale of 2012-13 beats a nearly 40yo mundine. geale earns a lot of money, gets some great exposure in oz for koing mundine, and shuts mundines big mouth in the process.

20anus ****s off or gets another alt, and becomes a geale nuthugger...:rofl

If this happens, it makes no sense for it to be a title bout. Mundine has not fought any top ten fighters recently, which puts him nowhere. Its a grudge match at best, good money fight.

Lol, That's boxing mate, there are countless title fights where the challenger hasn't really earned the right,

Well if he isn't confident enough to put his titles on the line or he doesn't feel Choc deserves a shot at them he shouldn't except a fight with him, it's as simple as that.

Then it has to be a title fight!!
He will lose respect if he has 2 belts but takes a fight where he doesn't put them on the line

Non title fights are a farce if you hold a belt in that weight division.

Anthony Mundine doesn't deserve a shot at Daniel Geale. Let alone the belts. But if it does happen it'll be all about the money and little else.

Of course it will, but the belts need to be on the line otherwise it losers credibility..... What's the problem anyway? Mundine is getting KO'd so no chance of him getting the belts
