Last Ruiz fights I watched on TV were very entertaining. No excessive holding IMHO. Ruiz came to fight, not to run. Ruiz loss to Valuev was much more impressive than Hayes "strategic" approach to win on points.
I am definitely rooting for the Quiet Man.

 

I hope and expect Haye to win in the same manner as he did against Valuev. Ultra cautious, moving like a marathon runner, etc. After that I want to see him get brutally knocked out by one of the Klitschko's.

 

I really hate Haye with a passion he's proven himself to be a total twat, but who the hell wants to see Ruiz get back in the game? I hope he beats Ruiz impressivly then gets his head knocked off by Wlad.

Although if Ruiz where to win by a big KO that would be a surpricing satisfaction aswell.

If it means we will see Haye in a meaningful fight with a strong heavyweight, like either Klitschko, I am all for Ruiz winning. Just if that means we will see Haye - Ruiz II & III, and Haye - Valuev II-XIV, then not.
