Anyone who hasnt been sleeping under a rock for the last year knows putting Pac and Floyd together is what everyone wants to see. Pac has recently mowed through some of the best fighters against the odds and in his last fight, even stopping much less fighting a fighter Floyd hasnt!
But does Arum believe Pac can beat May? I dont think he does. But since there is so much money involed and this is arguably Pacs last fight, Arum isnt worried if Pac losses since Arum still gets his money. I understand Floyd and Arum use to work together and there is bad blood for who knows what reason and I understand where Arum is coming from when he talks about Floyd being a non-action fighter and since boxing is a entertainment sport Floyd has to do all of his "entertaining" out of the ring ect... I dont think Arum feels his fighter can ultimately beat the "money" out of May. But hes gonna try!

Or is Arum thinking that the hype will exceed the fight and with everyone watching will say afterwords that it was boring and will "doom" boxing as a boring sport in the minds of many casual fans?:think

I'll be honest (unlike the majority of posters on here).

I predicted DLH to beat Manny.

I thought Hatton had a good chance against Manny.

I thought Cotto would KO Manny.

    I was wrong.

I am expecting Mayweather to beat Manny but I underestimate Manny every time.

Arum might honestly believe Manny can beat Mayweather. Based on my prediction record, Arum is probably right and I am wrong.

Floyd is KO'd easily by any legit WW. That's why he fights Ricky Hattons and 36-year-old Juan Manuel Marquezs instead.

Arum is looking to make as much cash of Pacman as possible, because he knows pacman will retire soon enough.

Arum knows Pacquiao can and will beat floyd.

same as he knew Margarito and Cotto would. this time floyd can't hide.

He knows that Pac has a punchers chance at best.

Make of that what you will.

I expected Oscar to beat Manny until they reported that DLH weighed 147 and Manny weighed 148. I was like "uh oh" DLH overtrained big time and drained himself. He'll probably get his ass kicked."

I expected Manny to beat Hatton becasie Hatton blocks with his face too much but I didnt expect Manny to stop him like that.

I also expected Manny to beat Cotto, but it was a great performance by him. Hell of a fight.

I do however fully expect Manny to get schooled by Mayweather in clinical fashion.

I like the way Bob Arum is moaning about Floyd Mayweather not engaging and then mentions UFC wrestling quote "rolling around like homosexuals" saying its disgusting, but thats proper engaging Bob.

Arum doesnt care if Manny wins or loses. He's just harvesting and the money in that fight is too much.If Manny loses Arum will have made his money and he will just put Manny in with Joshua Clottey.Arum wins everytime and he doesnt care his fighters losing.Main reason is he has many fighters and he can match them against each other. He's not like some promoters who fear that if their fighters lose they wont be marketable.Arum could sign Roy Jones right now and make money out of Jones.
