Does Benitez belong in the fab 4?

    Whenever I think of fab four I also tend to think of Benitez as well, it should be fab 5.

    :good And that's the truest test. He comes quickly to mind when you think of each man besides Marvin.

    He started fast but quickly faded, and managed to build a nice record before he piled on the losses. Cervantes, Palomino, Curry, and Duran on an off night. The problem with placing him in the Fab 4 is that they were an 80s phenomenon and he was washed up by 83. Salvador Sanchez did great and deserves to be #5 just as much even though he died in 82.

    If we are looking for a #5 for the 80s then you can argue that Michael Spinks, Julio Cesar Chavez, or Aaron Pryor better fit the bill if you don't want to give it to the heavyweights Larry Holmes and Mike Tyson.

    Mike McCallum also deserves a shout out.

    the FAB 5 is appropriate duran went 1-3 and benitez went 1-2 if duran is in there so is benitez who made duran look amateurish
