Of course he wasnt seriously hurt....saying that would be ridiculous. If he was, Bernard would have been all over him. But to say he wasnt hurt at all is just as ridiculous.

    No.

Kessler is a much harder puncher than Hopkins but Hopkins is cagier and caught him with a punch he didn't see coming. Also, Hopkins is a bad style matchup for Joe whereas Kessler is made for Calzaghe.

flash KD, JC walked onto that square on aswell. Stunned is the word he used and that he never saw it coming in his post fight interview...but he got up right away and convinced Hopkins that he wasnt hurt by continuing to press him. Had he been really 'hurt' and on ***** street(chicken legs glazed look on his face) etc hopkins would have gone for the finish. In fact in the build up to the fight Hopkins said in one interview that if he gets his man hurt he usually always finishes him...were in this fight he never even tried. Surely he aint that dumb to floor his oponent and see he's really hurt and not press for a finish? Fact is #hopkins knew he'd at best stunned JC a little and caught him coming in square on and off balance.

I wanna see Kessler Vs Hopkins now at 175. Do you guys think Hopkins would school Kessler and easily outpoint him over 12?

Very good question. After the Calzaghe fight, I do see wily Hopkins making life miserable for the very, very orthodox Kessler. Unlike Calzaghe, Kessler might fold under the pressure, as he did against Calzaghe.

Everyones got an idea on how to improve the general forum..

well... we can start by admitting that Joe was hurt..coz he was.

    another thread turned into garbage

I was at both fights and I can tell you than Kesslers punches looked much much harder. Yes, Hop knocked Joe down but he caught Joe clean as he came in. It's no indication of power.

i am not a fan boy but thats what i thought to. I cannto believe people still seeing it a UD/SD for hopkins. JC just walked through all hopkins punches and just never let up and kept hopkins working and was the agressor and he got rewarded for the risk he took to make it a fight and we have see judges reward agression more
