Does Bernard Hopkins get Gift decisions because he's old?

    The last few years I really don't watch Bernard Hopkins because he's boring, but he gets gift decisions because he's old and steps into the ring. He throws 3-4 punches a round yet thinks thats enough to win fights.

    I (and anybody who knows how to judge fights) had him losing to Pascal TWICE. He was shutout by Dawson but somehow a judge had the score 114-114.

    When did throwing 3 punches and holding become giving somebody a "boxing lesson"?

    YDKSAB Bhop clearly won second fight against Pascal, and if i remember correctly i scored first draw, and i know that in first fight knockdowns saved Pascal because he was totally outboxed.

    pascal was getting hit pretty cleanly in their second fight, Obvious victory for Bernard.What is with these bull**** threads nowadays???

    I hate BHop with a passion, but he easily beat Pascal in the 2nd fight.

    He won every round after the 4th.
