I've just re watched Andre Berto's fight against Luis Collazo...and I think Collazo really gave him a rough time....especially in round 1 where he almost dropped...

Mosley is definitely far superior in terms of skill than Collazo....does this mean his coming fight with Sugar will mean his 1st "L"??

    What's your take guys??

its a young, strong undefeated fighter against an old hall of fame fighter whose put on very solid performances in the past few fights. Hard fight to choose but it seems like mosley is the favorite

Often times we see undefeated fighters coming into the biggest test of there careers against an established vet. Somtimes they win, sometimes they lose. In this case of course Berto has a chance, it's a fight. He's a professional and a champion just as Mosley is. Anything can happen in a fight. However in this case, it's hard to say Shane will lose to this paticular fighter. But we never really know how they matchup until fight time. But expect Berto to bring his A-game. He's probably gonna give Shane his best, and who knows, we've never seen Berto's best. He's definately a live wire.

i think berto will have his moments during the fight, Mosleys defeat of Margaritto has pushed his stock up to maximum but before that a lot of people had written him off. I think Mosley has another couple of fights at the top and will have enough experience to see of Berto but i think Berto wont make it easy. Plus Mosley hasnt had a fight for a year so it will be interesting to see if he acquired any ring rust which could be a major factor at the age of 37

Berto's not ready, berto can't outbox mosley and soon or later in the fight, berto will try to slug it out, just like he did with collazo and estrada, but mosley is a diff animal and he will ko berto within 5 rounds.I say 5 rounds, because once mosley lands on berto's suspect chin it will be lights out.

Berto has the speed and talent to outbox Mosley but Im not sure if he jhas the mental game. Berto got drawn into an inside fight with Collazo which wasn't his strength and very well could have cost him the fight. He's got to avoid too many exchanges and too much mixing it up. U think Berto's talent would be better served by a better trainer.

Mosley may be outpunched in this one b'cause Andre is so Godamn naturally fast and he may last the distance with a statistical edge - more punches thrown, less accurate but still... - I don't expect Berto to keep up the pace high and go tit 4 tat so the fight may end up much closer in the numbers... Well, I guess it's definitely up to Berto - Shane comes bombing and Berto pot shots on the move like Dirrell against Froch and it's Shane winning even after 12 or Berto makes Shane step back as much and it's a Berto fight cause he's faster and younger.

You know what's funny watch all these hypocrites make excuses if berto was to beat Mosley.

Watch how fast everyone screams mosley is washed up. Yet before this fight, they are the same ones declaring mosley is the true WW champ and the best in the division.

Yeah he has a chance. He is younger and very hungry. Mosley has too get old at some point and if he does we will know about it by the end of the night. IMO Berto, like Chad Dawson, is suffering from poor performances in the ring, as less people are interested in him after such a boring fight against Urango.

I think that it will be a very good fight that could go either way

Yes he has a chance not a great or even good chance. Berto has decent enough skills to win. However Moley's are better. If Mosley dose not bring his A game as he has done a few times in the past Berto may be able to take advantage.

I expect Mosley to stop Berto. Berto will seriously impress me if he can beat Mosley since I don't think he is really capable of it. I just see Mosley outfighting him.
