Does Boxing negatively effect your sex life?

    Yes.

    I'm too tired to do anything after a hard day training, which has been happening way too often.

    Just as the others have said, doubt it's strictly boxing, any sport or activity that drains you might leave you too tired.

    In a word, no.

    I do know lots of guys getting it in who would stay up past like 2 in the morning doing it, though. 2 am bed, 5:30 am rise for roadwork? You are gonna feel like **** that day. And it shows.

    My advice? Find your baby, hold her tight, grab some afternoon delight. After a workout, maybe, when endorphins(I think) are high. Save the night time for resting, training full time and going home to satisfy other needs just wears ya out.

    And then, when you hit your 30's, you can stop caring about being healthy, productive, and conscientious and make a mad dash for paydays and baybay's.
