Does Bradley's dominance over Peterson make you think Bradley is elite?

Peterson beat Khan and drew with Victor Ortiz.

    Bradley beat him 120-107, 119-108, and 118-110.

Across three scorecards, Peterson only won 3 rounds out of a possible 36.

Does this say to you that when in top form Timothy Bradley is an elite fighter of the current scene, on the same level as the likes of Andre Ward, Sergio Martinez and Juan Manuel Marquez, or was Bradley-Peterson just a styles issue that played into Tim's hands?

    Styles make fights.

And that Peterson fight with Bradley was a tougher fight than the scores suggest.

Peterson has come a long way since then.

But yeah, I'd say Bradley, or a fighter of the same level, would be the most legitimate opponent for a Pacquiao or a Mayweather. It's safe to say Ortiz, Khan and Peterson sit slightly below him, from what we know currently.

Edit: But no, I wouldn't put him on the same level as Ward, Martinez or JMM (especially JMM!). Bar his win over Alexander - which was meh - he's been disappointing for the past two years.

    Bradley is a great fighter.

You don't have an undefeated record for nothing when you fight Alexander, Holt, Peterson..

that is a solid up and coming resume. He just needs a big name fighter to fight him.

I rate him as a solid B+ fighter and if he ever gets a fight with a big time boxer, look for him to go even higher.

    This.

I'd just like to add, Bradley has become very underrated on this forum since the whole Khan/promoter problems.

Marquez will be the fight that would make him elite.

Bradley headbutted Peterson all night and Peterson was younger and inexperienced then. A good performance and win for Bradley though no doubt

Depends on your definition of 'Elite'

Bradleys activity level is so high compered to Peterson. Just like Pac compared to FMJ which is the only way Pac gets the decision

Bradley is a very solid fighter all around but I don't see him as an exceptional talent that will go down in history as an elite fighter.
