8/1 on bet365, I got 15 on (part of winnings from heilland) I can see bundu outworking Thurman for large parts of the fight.

apart from chavez thurmans opponents have either been ****, way past their best or both,

would say Thurman is probably about 60/40 favourite so the odds on bundu are good.

Thurman is way overhyped , and has been matched to look good.

Whilst I admit he is talented, I cant see him ever realistically winning a world title at welter (that's no disgrace btw).

Back on topic, Bundu does have a chance in this fight, but Thurman should win

You might say he's been matched to look good but he's been chasing bigger names for a good while now and is still being avoided.

    Dangerous fighter.

But fighting on the undercard of big shows will only do him good, instead of fighters saying nah **** that fight with Thurman its too high risk/low reward, the bigger performances he puts in especially on these big shows will make him a bigger name and make the TV networks take notice, so the top guys in the division will start having to face him.

Thurman isnt this killer we are all made to believe , he is a pretty small welter who has been managed well.

I just hope Bundu was given enough time in camp to get fit as he only fought a few months ago.

8/1 seems massive on Bundu if somebody wants to put a small stake on, but I suppose he's the heavy underdog for a reason

But if BoxNation had this card instead of the Bradley one, this would be one hell of match up

I think this is the fight that puts things into perspective. Bundu is a fantastic pro, finally getting fights that earn him some money. But he's fighting a TALENTED American away from home this time,a guy with a knockout punch who is totally dedicated to his craft. I can see him giving a decent account, getting bashed up and pulled out around the 9th/10th.

It's a triangle theory, but you'll see Gavin's level in this fight once Thurman steamrolls Bundu.

    Thurman's talent is overrated.

What happens the first time somebody with power starts hitting him back?
His talent will go into a shell.

He looks good vs defensive boxers without power because he can just showcase his knock-out power.
The first guy he meets with legit power will have him on the back-foot.
    That's when the hype ends.
We'll see how 1 dimensional his boxing skills are after somebody negates his power.
    Brook would humiliate Thurman.
Manny's speed would give him fits.
FMJ will take out his KO ability by adapting and winning a UD boxing fight.
I think Porter would beat him
    Devon would outbox him
    Amir will outbox him
The 2 Argentines are 50/50 fights
    Garcia is a 50/50 fight

Thurman is overrated. Bundu has a real chance here.
