Poll like that are stupid. I do think that fair judges can happen anywhere in the world, but no, I dont think UK is the "fairest judging in the world".
England is a fair a place as any. Countries like Germany get laughed at but look at America where we have seen robberies in favor of Williams, Alexander, Jones, Broner, Cloud, etc. But, while English refs stop fights very early in poorly matched fights, they will be fairer in a big fight with 2 established stars.
You usually bring a level head to proceedings MJK.Do you really think Interbox would have touched this deal if they thought for a minute this was an issue?
With what happened with Éric Lucas (now part owner of Interbox), I dont think they would have gone there. By the way, this history can become a problem in a future fight versus Kessler since Sauherland (the father) was involve in this.
Bute could get the decision if he wins clearly, a close fight then Froch will get the nod. I see Bute winning a SD.
Yeah.Just can't see them letting Bute take his first big fight away from home if they thought bad scoring would be an issue. Mainland Europe is the home of horrendous scoring. Is it really that hard to think this fight could be won fair and square?:huh
If you going to make a poll at least give fair options. Which is either (1) Yes, he'll never win a decision (2) No. He can win a decision. Now. Because you didn't want people to vote for (2) you made that option an extreme one in England has the fairest boxing judges in the world. Complete biasm on your part yet still 50/50 in voting. The UK is fairer than US and most definetely Germany. The only problem is that the UK referees jump in too early. This could be just as much a problem for Froch.
Yes i agree, someone ought to tell Dirrell that diving on the floor and spoiling doesnt win fights on foriegn ground.
