Does Calzaghe deliver punches correctly and look cool when he showboats?

Agree with most of what you say, the "dry humping" things was deserved purely for Hopkins playing the race card. F***ing stupid comment IMO and I'm a fan!

But what if RJJ had found that something special just like B-Hop for one last fight? the headline writers would have had an "return of the old guard" field day and joe C slagged off for not being good enough to take on America's best etc. I hate all that jingoistic crap, so it was nice to hear the chants of "USA" fading as the hiding was being delivered. Showboating aside, it was a good performance - it would also be interesting to see what some of the American press had to say about the fight? Probably that RJJ was shot etc; but had he won - different story of course!

Maybe it is just me,but I got the impression that a lot of the showboating was just Joe trying to get Roy to throw a punch - a lot of the time Roy was just covering up on the ropes with his high guard, making it difficult for Joe to land,so sticking his head into Roys guard like that was sort of saying "come on throw some punches ffs".

    Just IMO obviously:good
