yes mentally does he fight like him? -it seems both fighters are southpaws who like to impose there wills onto there opponents beginning with a southpaw jab. for Winky hes a natural right hander so its a very strong hurtful right jab. -both try to time there opponents rhythm and where they will be next. Different being Calzaghe can bounce on his toes (there he can "box"). Calzaghe also slaps (although I'll admit they are very hurtful slaps). Also Calzaghe is past his prime imo if you see some of his earlier fights he was a much stronger puncher. He seems to be very into not getting hit now.
He wasn't anymore stronger of a puncher. He's got china hands. And Roy's got a chine chin. Let's see what cracks first.
Nah, not in my view. Calzaghe is more like a ******, and Winky is more like an abuser. Different tempo, different mentality, different execution.
He was a much stronger puncher earlier in his career. Didn't have one punch ko power or anything, but he threw a lot harder punches than he does now due to hand injuries over the years
Yea unfortunately calzaghe has had so many hand injuries he could not use his punching power, when he could he was the complete fights, But I do agree he is similar to winky. Not exactly though.
