chad moved down a weight class of seven pounds to fight ward.

canelo moved down one pound(from the trout 153) to fight floyd.

can these stupid "canelo is drained threads" please stop.

floyd jr. and sr. where saying this week that canelo was going to have problems making the weight and have they said one comment on canelo appearing drained or weak after the weigh-in?

    no.

in fact, other than the idiots here, has anyone in the boxing industry or any other sports figure said that canelo appears drained or weak?

    no.

Is a boxer expected to look significantly bigger during the fight than at the weigh in? Is canelo going to look bigger at the fight than he did about 30 hours earlier at the weigh in?

PAC fans didn't have that outlook when cotto went to 154 his next fight after fighting PAC at a catchweight of 145.

Well the poll makes sense to me, because he didn't look all that drained. Canelo was able to lose that extra pound or 2 and still be in good shape. So he didn't look as weak as other fighters who were drained, but he's younger and it was obvious that the catchweight made him not be at his best which was what Mayweather criticized Pacquiao for doing to Cotto in the lead up to Mayweather - Cotto.

I still don't really think Canelo looked visually that drained, just slightly drained, that's more of a credit to Canelo's conditioning than anything. It's just sad that Floyd required there be a catchweight to fight Canelo, it proves that the guy was trying to gain a slight advantage rather then fight the man straight up. If he's supposedly the P4P best he shouldn't need any advantage, so there's no excuses.
