Not a chance. Even in this Heavyweight era, beating Sam Sexton shouldn't be enough to get you a shot at the champ.

For Chisora, Audley and Briggs to all get shots at a Heavyweight title is embarrassing.

    Nope.

Him getting a shot for the title is even more embaresing than Audleys and Sosnowskis title shots.

    Atleast they were European champions

Absolutely, two solid wins over Sexton make him a viable challenger.

Since you are using boxrec as your source of info they rank chisora 12 in the world.

Wlad is not going to fight

    1. Vitali
    2. Chagaev
    3. Chambers
    4. Peter
    5. Arreola

    That leaves

    1. David Haye.. Just fought
    2. Tomasz adamek.. fighting Vinny Maddalone in December
    3. Alexander Povetkin.. Erm going back to amateur/bottler
    4. Tony Thompson.. already fought

So yeah Chisora is the next in line

I forgot Dimitrenko is fighting Sosnowski in December also...

    Boxrec is ****.

Besides "fighting Vinny Maddalone in December" or Arreolla already fought Vitali isnt really good reasons.

Adamek could cancel his match, like Sosnowski did with Audley, when he got the title shot and Arreolla lose to Vitali dosent count him out, as posible opponent to Wladimir.

Haye refuses to fight Vitali or Vlad. He is hiding.

Honestly he was headed in that direction with his domestic success but should have had at least a few more bouts at the European and then fringe world-contender level.

Blame Haye! If Haye would agree to fight Vlad, Vlad would not be fighting Chisora. Haye did agree, signed his name to a contract, then ran away shaking with fear. Haye also broke an implied contract with Vitali and ran once again. Haye is afraid, very afraid.

Nope he doesn't, it's time for Haye to man up and take his beating.

Kudos to Chisora for taking the fight, that is how real boxers are supposed to act. You get a shot at the title you take it.

On what he has done no. But really, there isnt many more fresh challengers for the K-brothers, so maybe he does on the basis of something different!..Hope he doesnt freeze.

Let me frame this very carefully.

If there was David Haye, Alexander Potvetkin, Tomasz Adamek, and David Tua all kick and scratching for a shot at Wlad, I would say **** No. But since none of those guys want to go into a fight with the K bros anything less than confident they can handle their ****, by extension that means you have to reach further down the ladder and I think Chisora is the top of the next level of challengers.

    Why shouldn't Wlad fight Chisora?

We've all been moaning about old/crap/shot (delete as appropriate) guys getting fights with the Klitschko brothers..... so we get a young kid who has beaten the best lads in Britain.... and are moaning again :patsch

Chisora would batter Harrison, Sosnowski and Briggs...... it's neither his or Wlad's fault that the rest of the top 10 prefer to fight bus drivers or in Haye's case, just sit there and talk ****.

Chisora would beat Chagaev too..... hopefully that fight with Haye doesn't happen, wouldn't look pretty at all.
