Chisora lost to all the top fighters he fought. He got robbed against Helenius but was also a bit lucky against Pulev in the rematch last year. Takam was a decent win. Wilder's win over Ortiz trumps anything Chisora has done.

Yes, in terms of who he has fought.

No, in terms of who he has beaten.

    What’s Chisora’s best win? Takam?

Wilder doesn’t have a great resume, but he’s beaten better boxers than Chisora has.

Robbed against Helenius, Parker and Whyte.

Wins against Takam, Pulev, Price, Szpilka, Gashi, Scott and Sexton.

Yeah, probably. Or at the very least, they're on par.

Not much separating them if we're honest in terms of quality fighters beaten. I guess it depends on how you rate Ortiz, who's own resume is abysmal with wins over Jennings and Martin being the stand out names. If you think Ortiz was truly top 5 material then yeah Wilder has the slightly better resume, if Ortiz was just all hype and never truly top 5 then you could make a case for Chisora's resume being as good as Wilder's.

What does it matter? Wilder knocks Chisora out.

Chisora has an ATG resume but unfortunately lost most of the big fights.

Quality of opposition? Yes. If you think he beat Whyte and Parker the first time around then definitely. He has his share of losses though (not like Wilder wouldn't if he got in the ring against top opposition as frequently as Chisora did.)

H2H Wilder is far more dangerous to most styles I reckon.

Yes, especially if you reverse all the robberies

And Chisora would knock his ass out too

He clearly and easily beat Parker in the first fight, and a small majority thought he beat Whyte the first time. If he got either one of those--and again, he deserved Parker--the answer would be a clear yes.

As it is, with his best official wins being Pulev, Takam, Price, Szpilka and Scott, the answer is no.

Reverse the robberies and he on a whole other level.

In terms of quality of opposition, Chisora's record is the best in the division. He's fought more Ring champions than Tyson, Holmes and Foreman.

Even if he'd got the nod vs Helenius, Whyte 1 and Parker 1, he'd still have 10 losses.

Ortiz is better than Chisora and everyone Chisora had a close fight with, let alone beat. Chisora has no problem admitting to ducking Ortiz.

Chisora is very arguably Vitali Klitschko's best opponent beaten though, for what that's worth.

Wilder would be a big favourite to beat Chisora and this would have been the case at any point in the last 8.5 years.

Honestly yeah, because even if you take out the losses, he has a number of wins that are equal to if not better than Wilder wins. Wilder's best win is Ortiz. Chisora over Takam is equal to if not better than that, plus Pulev, Johnson etc......yeah his resume is much better

I wouldn't call Chisora vs Whyte 1 a robbery it was a very entertaining close fight that could've gone either way, i also wouldn't call Parker vs Chisora a robbery either it was a close fight.

The only one that i would call an actual robbery is the one vs Helenius which Chisora definitely deserved.

But as for the actual thread Wilder has best single win vs Ortiz x2 and wins over Stiverne x2, Arreola, Breazeale, Szpilka, Molina, Helenius. I might still give the edge to Wilder overall but there's not much to choose between them.

And didn't Wilder duck Whyte aswell ? wasn't he Wilder's mandatory for years ? unless i'm mistaken.

"And didn't Wilder duck Whyte aswell"

If you believe the Matchroom brigade then Wilder was terrified of Whyte. In reality that saga was boxing politics between Matchroom and the WBC/PBC.
