    In fact, scrap my original idea. We need to see Mayweather up against all 3 of these guys at the same time, next. See what Mayweather is truly made of. :deal

    Pointless is a strong word, especially when IMO I gave perfectly good reasons for the bout to happen. "Fans" who comment on a forum saying the things you pointed out is not a good enough reason for an intriguing and exciting bout not to happen.

    Why not. Cotto always sells tickets without ever facing Hatton and DLH which boosted Mannys and Floyds fan buys after. So business wise it does make sense esp. if Cotto stops Margarito at a much healthier weight in a great fashion way...

    if cotto can look good v Margarito we could have a fight. I think it would do good business but Cotto would get beat easily by Floyd.

    I'd watch.

    Name better opposition besides Pacquiao.

    Would you like to see it, and does it make sense, yes or no? Take Arum out of the equation.

    I can still see a few close rounds, but I would favour Mayweather.
