Does Danny Garcia have a legitimate chance of beating Lucas Matthysse?

I agree with what you have said but would have to add on a few things.

Yes, Judah does have better speed, power and accuracy in comparison to Garcia (at least in my opinion). But i don't think he has the intelligence or maturity to take advantage of those gifts when he fights any top fighter. Garcia has, so far, put it all together in his biggest tests which is why i think he is more of a threat than even Judah.

The punch you were talking about. I remember it well. Judah was going backwards into the ropes and launched a counter left upper cut. Is that the punch you were talking about? Well i don't think he had any great leverage on that punch, it was more a punch out of instinct and desperation than anything. Personally i don't think it was anywhere as hard as the counter left upper cut he rocked Cotto with because his feet were not set.

Of course he has a chance. A big chance too. He might knock Matthysse the hell out.

In the whole interview, he shits all over Matthysse. "He's just another fighter".

@BlizzyBlizz, i know, and that's why garcia is going to sleep, because they're taking matthysse way too lightly.

When Judah landed on Matthysse, he became hesitant, Danny didn't. Danny said that he threw too many unecessary punches against Judah. This leads me to believe that he will be ready to counter or even attack Matthysse with hard shots. He will box smartly against Matthysse and then knock his ass out.

No, Danny is tired of the Matthysse hype train. YOU might think he's taking Matthysse lightly, but Danny isn't.

Matthysse tried to break Judah down and he almost did, but he lost. Danny attacked Judah from the door and clearly won. Danny took the bigger risk and almost paid for it. That's the type of fighter he is. Matthysse was content to hit arms, body and whatever which is good, but it never broke Judah down until the end, and by then it was too late.

@BlizzyBlizz, u do know matthysse and judah are different fighters since 2011 right? Garcia struggled and was hurt with the more washed up judah.

I know what has KO written all over it - 2 guys trading left hooks. Neither of these guys can move, this has got slugfest written all over it. Tell me who has the better left hook Intentional? I really want to know...

No. Peterson did not fall into a trap. Peterson just cannot move in the ring. Neither can Garcia. Please stop telling me these guys can box like Judah cause they can't.
