Haye took 9 rounds to finish a washed up, 38 year old John Ruiz who kept getting up from Haye's punches. And you're saying he'd knock out a 30 year old Sam Peter in 4? In fact Haye would never even get in the ring with Peter let alone bounce him all over the ring. Good punch, good chin, too young, too dangerous for Haye's liking.

well, ruiz lost a very close one to valuev only two fight's before he got in the ring with haye.. so he wasn't that washed up was he. haye was only the second man to knock ruiz out in his whole career.. that's not too bad now is it? haye would of looked much better in that fight if he had a proper training camp.. if you remember, he wasn't able to do any sparring. peter dangerous? yeah, he looked really dangerous getting dominated by a one armed "fat" eddie chambers.chambers was lucky to get out of that one alive. or when he got dominated and quit at the end of the 8th against vitali, who had been out of the ring for 4 YEARS!!!! peter hasn't looked dangerous in years!!.. as i say, haye bounces him around the ring and has him out in 4.
