Does Diaconu have a suspect/glass chin?

    I have never seen him fight as a pro. I only saw him get ko'd at the Olympics and that was the only thing I've seen from him.

    Knockouts in the amatuers are scarce. I believe in Greece from 300+ fights there were <5 ko's. Yet Diaconu was one of them.
    Does that mean he has an extremely weak chin or has he, in the pro's already proved his chin is solid enough?

    In my opinion it's pretty solid...I've seen him hit with pretty stiff shots that only appear to make him angry

    Does David Tua have a suspect chin? He was knocked out by the great Felix Savon.

    And it's also not about Tua but about Diaconu..:nut
    I wrote, and I am repeating this: I have never seen another fight of him and therefore I wonder.
    If you want to know wether Tua has a glass chin you should start another topic about that:rofl :lol: dickhead

    neither suspect nor glass, what he does have is a suspect defence, and even a strong chin can crack under the perfect shot

    that ko he suffered in the olymics kind of scares me but what can i say he got caught. everyone gets caught sometime whether its in sparring or the olympics or in the worst case, a pro fight.

    Only Diaconu fans say this. Dawson has rarely been hurt. He seems to just get caught and go down, then get right back up, much like Trinidad.

    Diaconu hasn't exactly fought the best comp either to be able to tell.

    Except Dawson beat an unbeaten highly rated champion AND a contender who has been around for years, and is about to fight another former champion.

    Diaconu has one above average win over Hoye, who was unranked by Ring if I am not mistaken.

    It is easy to find videos of Diaconu, just use Y.O.U. t u b E and you will get many highlights of his last fights

    There's a guy who was KOed in the amateurs; don't remember his name, but he went on to take hard flush hooks and uppercuts from the guy with the most dangerous one-punch KO in the division before he stopped said guy in the 11th...reckon he must have a **** chin too, but got really lucky.

    "Bad Chad" smells blood on that chin!:deal

    I haven't seen signs of him having a bad chin, but I've seen some signs of mental weakness that might relate to him having a vulnerable chin. But that doesn't matter. What is VERY suspect about Diaconu is his stamina, which is essential to him being effective with his style against top competition. I suspect his stamina isn't elite level pressure fighter stamina, which is why Dawson will school him and stop him.
