He's very limited. Despite having a decent jab he doesn't have the footwork with it to be able to control distance, hence why Chisora was able to plow straight forward and get to him easily. Same with AJ in early in the fight, Whyte may have a good solid chin but he's very, very easy to hit.

He wouldn't beat any of the top guys. He isn't a top 10 heavyweight by any stretch of the imagination but in an era with so many titles, with a bit of luck he could pick up a belt. I mean if Stiverne, Martin, Browne could win titles why couldn't Whyte if things fell into place. Being a world champion these days isn't the achievement it used to be, when there are so many titles floating about.

It will be an entertaining fight with Wilder but Wilder no doubt KOs him.

If he fights Joshua again- no
    If he fights Parker- maybe
    If he fights Wilder- yes

Interesting how Takam is the only fight Parker has ever looked gassed and a number of people choose to believe that is a defining fight for him. Parker looked comfortable all the way through the Ruiz fight, if anything looked like he could have/should have worked harder by most peoples eyes and his punch output was pretty typical of a heavyweight match.

If people choose to believe Parker will always gas after 3 rounds because of poor use of energy in one match, all power to them. Ideal if it's someone planning to fight him!

Whyte relies on chin and heart. This guy also manages to look absolutely ridiculous when he fights for some reason....

However you cannot say the Chisora who fought Whyte was the same Chisora in the Pulev and other fights...Chisora really turned up that night

I dunno, seems like the standard of technical ability has dropped in HW boxing lately, as if anyone taller than 6'2 can crossover and start boxing if they want

I never said he didn't, I said he's top dog. His ceiling looks higher than the rest to me. His flaws less obvious.

Parker needed to bang on Ruiz and force a stoppage but kept conserving energy the entire fight which made it close. Too close. I'm not convinced of his stamina. Takam fight wouldn't have been close either if he had the stamina to bang him out. That one sequence well into the fight where he was banging on Takam is what he needed to do the entire fight.

Didn't AJ get wobbled by Whyte? Didn't Wlad get knocked out by Purrity a guy who never beat anybody with a winning record? Didn't Wlad also get knocked out by Sanders and Brewster and knocked down be a variety of people? Didn't Tyson Fury get knocked down a blown up middleweight who couldn't punch and another nobody heavyweight who couldn't punch?

The hatred for Wilder because he is black on this forum cracks me up.

This is something an American would say. There's countless tall boxers falling by the wayside that can't do what these boxers can.

Oh funny, I could have sworn AJ was black....

Oh and btw you don't have to list the disgraceful chin of Wlad. I am happy Dr No Personality was destroyed by Great Britain's Tyson Fury.

He won those fights. He was never going to try and force a stoppage, he played a game plan versus Ruiz which he stated beforehand he was going to - I think he started a bit too slow and I think he always starts a bit too slow, but other than that there was no major surprise.

He could've won more convincingly. Boxing is an expectations game. You have people in here thinking Whyte can possibly beat him which shouldn't be the case.

Latest Parker's opponent Andy Ruiz looks much better fighter than Whyte, really.

If Andy somehow gets in good shape, he beats Whyte 10 times of 10

He's way more skilled than Whyte, and their power and chin are at least even (maybe Ruiz has better chin, too).

So I won't favor Whyte vs Parker, I believe Parker beats him comfortably
