Does Dmitry Kudryashov remind you of Magomed Abdusalamov?

I see it, similar style or "from the same mold". If he can't KO a top level opponent, he probably will not win a decision.:think

Kudryashov is better than Mago IMO, he's got a little bit more intelligence and just boxing skill in general. Mago was very crude.

Not a similar style but it wouldn't shock me in the least if he was easily outboxed by someone with a good chin.

No, he doesn't. Kudryashov actually extends fights to practice defensive moves, when he doesn't need to. I think you're reading way too much into that last fight. If he keeps his volume up and fights behind a jab, he's difficult for anyone in that division. The main question mark on him at this point is his chin.

Kudryashov can actually fight different styles. Here he is in the amateurs (@45:18 ) in 2011 fighting a completely different style:

He's fighting a big, tall guy with a chin (although it's with amateur gloves). Look at how mobile he is. If his chin doesn't let him down, he'd be a problem for anyone at CW.

I doubt his chin will be an issue, unless it is coupled/brought about with stamina problems.

    Thanks for the video!

Kudryashov was dropped in his first pro fight according to the British fellas from last week's show in Russia.

The problem with him is that he has never shown anything in his fights except big power. He has never boxed great, he has never moved great, his defense was never really on point, all he did was walk down his guy, usually in an upright position, and then try to throw bombs. I have never seen a professional fight of his where I thought 'wow he's skilled'

He's hasn't even gotten out of second gear in his recent fights. I think we haven't seen anywhere near his best yet. Anyway, you can tell he's skilled just from the variety of punches with which he gets KOs: left hooks to the head and body shots, straight rights, looping rights, etc. In his last fight, he walked his opponent onto some brutal check left hooks that completely took his legs away.
