Does Eastern European HW Dominance END with the Klithsckos?

  1. Looking at the current EASTERN EURO fighters

and the up and comers. Look like a bunch of ****ing morons ready to be knocked the **** out by David Haye, David Price, and the future Anthony Joshua. **** even Tyson Fury might Knock some of them out (assuming he don't KO himself first). Can we honestly say

Alexander Povetkin can 100% beat even Derrick Chisora at this point? Does Eastern Euro Dominance end with the Kbros?

(all 6-7 years of it :lol::lol:)

    :hi::hi::hi: Bye Bye

with the exception of a couple of britbums and ameri-cans the whole HW scene is eastern european.

  3. none of them are ATG Material though, all of them could be knocked out.
Also :lol: at you thinking any of them can fight David Haye and survive.

Is Manuel Charr Eastern Euro? If he is, Then ya it don't end because he will continue, but I think Charr is like some desert Wombi or some ****

Boytsov, Abdusalamov, Szpilka or Pulev would make Haye and Chisora run for their lifes.

No, it's just the beginning of it IMO.

Like Jamaicans and sprinting, Africans and long distance running... East Europeans and HW boxing.

The best American HWs are playing football or basketball, or simply eating burgers (Banks) or being over protected (Wilder).

Heavyweight boxing is just about dead in the US. Thats leaves mostly the pudgy Russians after the KBros retire. Possibly Haye could contend , as long as he doesn't have to face Wlad again.
Tyson Fury could be a factor , he might be less of a mediocrity than some of the other 'contenders'.

Pulev, Ustinov and Povetkin''s chins are more than good enough... Boytsov''s is untested. Haye doesn''t just blast everybody out, certainly not someone of Ustinov''s size against we know he will run for dear life.
And Haye isn''t going to be around much longer of course, odds are he retires before Wlad and maybe even before Vitali.

And what has Charr to do with all this? His name only came up because Vitali is fighting him, and after that he will soon be forgotten.

Dominance with such impunity, and great magnitude/WORLDWIDE DESTRUCTION, probably yes. But overall, EE's will be very competitive in 160-HW divisions. But I doubt they'll have boxers who dominate so thoroughly.

Let's go to the numbers. At MW they have Golovkin, Sturm, Pirog, Proksa, Khurtsidze. And still elite prospect Matt Korobov (although he's seem to gone into obscurity here lately, but he's still got all the potential). I

At SMW they have Kessler (technically not eastern euro, and "nordic," and who is probably a few years from retirement), Abraham, and Stieglitz.

LHW: Fonfara (although American/Eastern Euro), I guess they could claim Shumenov, although he's technically Asian.

CW: Huck, Lebedev, Chahkiev, Wlodarczyk, Mateusz Masternak, Alekseev, Kucher, Pawel Kolodziej, Drozd, Kiladze (Ukrainian prospect).

HW: Boystov, Pulev (THE FUTURE, imo), Adamek (prolly retires in two more years), Povetkin, Helenius (although technically he's nordic, he's based out of Germany, and he'll get claimed all hte same), Wach, Ustinov, Gerber (German prospect), Szpilka, Wawrzyk (Polish prospect), Glazkov (Ukrainian prospect, but with GLAZ in his name, it's doubtful).

So, there you have it. They have a potential to dominate the future of the MW, CW, and HW divisions.

The problem for most Eastern Euro fighters is getting exposure / getting good fights.

Imagine getting signed to an organization like Universum? (Ask Boytsov how that's working out for HIM) - and they're one of the TOP organizations over there. Good Lord.

I think some of the other Eastern Euro promotion / management organizations don't even own computers.
They deliver contracts via donkey courier.
They barely have enough money to rent out a High School gymnasium for your next fight.
They've HEARD of HBO, but they've never actually seen it..... (too expensive)

"Dah, we make you BEEG star!"
    - And ten years later you're fighting some guy with a 5-20 record, in the basement of a bowling alley, with 37 people in the audience.

Povetkin's chin is very underrated. He was on ***** avenue more than once. Against Chagaev and Huck, still came back and turned the fights around.

BUT. . . This is still too far in the future, because WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO still has another solid 3-5 years to dominate.

UK, and USA better steer clear their prospects they plan on putting their chips in, cause Wlad will ruin their asses with one straight right, GOODNIGHT.

I was prepared to let most of the crap in this thread go but that

If Ustinov got in the ring with Haye he would be brutally destroyed.

Ustinov is slow, has poor footwork, has very little punch variety and worst of all is shockingly open Jason Gavern had little trouble tagging him cleanly last time out.

Ustinov would be lucky to make it to round 2.

    It isn't really dominance

    The Klitschkos domiate, yes

Then the next best heavyweights in the world are

British - Haye (only lost to Wlad, destroyed never before stopped or dropped Chisora)
British - Chisora (gave Vitali his toughest fight in a decade, beat Helennius, his win over Hellenius is the biggest win outside of Wlad & Vits resume)
Finnish - Helenius (Though he lost to Chisora, looks to be the most dangerous of all the up and comers)
American - Chambers (one of the most skilled in the division, recently was robbed against Adamek, needs to be more active)
    Easern Euro - Pulev
Eastern Euro - Povetkin - Olympic pedigree, hasn't looked impressive at heavy for me, though does have a win over eddie, is content to defend his paper belt

And a lot of the promising upcoming prospects too

Fury - Looks to be improving with every fight, don't really rate him however, beat a poorly conditioned unmotivated Chisora
Price - Good fundamentals, power, size, shaky chin, not faced anyone
Bostov - good skills & power, not faced anyone

Adamek is somewhere inbetween, I genuinely feel he doesn't have too much to offer at HW, though he has a lot of heart, his loss against Klitschko I think puts into perspective the gap between himself, Haye, Chisora, and even Arreola, who all dealt with one of the brothers in much better fashion. Aside from the Arreola win, his main wins have been outworking old/out of shape fighters the wrong side of 35, and not looking particularly stellar doing it

There are a lot of Eastern Euro plodders that make up the chaff of the division but I wouldn't call it domination.

Unless you want to go by the ridiculous ring rankings

yeah, outside of the K bros you have a lot of eastern euros beating up on shot journeymen types in germany, building inflated records, but i dont fancy any of them to do too much after the brothers retire.

I honestly feel that Price is the next one
