with the stoppage in vasquez vs maquez 2?? i thought it could of been delayed marquez was still capable pf defending himself and was still throwing punches........great fight anyways cant wait for the 3rd.:good
If I was the ref I would have let it go a little longer but I don't really have a problem with the stoppage.
its deffinatley not the worst stoppage i have ever seen. marquez was deffinately hurt and would of struggled to finish that round imo.
I think there was something like 2:20 left in the round and Raffa was wobbling all over the place. I dont think he landed one significant punch after getting hurt after the knockdown. I felt the stoppage was maybe 5-10 seconds too early but it would have been stopped no matter what.
