Hopkins is right. Hes living a decent sustainble life and floyd doesnt realis that all his showing off an **** makes him look insecure. This is why I yhink there is no wy Floyd will retir undefeated.. he will keep coming back to the sport to pay back the debts hegets into. His liffestyle is unsustainable and he doent have any income outside of boxing.

 

Hopkins summed up Mayweather to perfection - brilliant, wisdom and experience there as opposed to insecurity and fakeness from Floyd

 

Created a persona? Just like how his dad is just maintaining a "Persona", for what reason?

Are you saying his Persona/Act asked Hopkins to come to his crib to show it off, or was that the true Mayweather?

What i find laughable is the *****s who continual to excuse his bull**** as an "act". How about lets just call it for what it is...

They'll refuse cuz the funny thing is they know his personality is a reflection of their own, and the only way they can excuse such behaviors is to lie to themselves...

 

Floyd’s flamboyant, but I don’t think he’s that careless with his money. In fact, I think he’s pretty smart with it behind the scenes.

All of the stuff that’s seen in the media -- his gambling, throwing money around, watches, cars, etc -- is part of his persona and the brand that he’s created. Being the money man, that’s how he sells himself for fights. When he yells “look at how rich I am”, that’s his way of convincing you that he must be something/someone that’s worth investing in – whether it’s your support as a fan or your money to buy his fights. It’s like rap artists hiring out cars, money and women to advertise in their rap videos. It’s a lifestyle they’re selling to help boost their popularity/record sales. That’s what Floyd is doing with this Money Team stuff. In my opinion, anyway.

Hopkins is extrememly ignorant just as Floyd but in his own way.....If he was "G" we wouldnt even have gotten that much of a response on another man.

Remember this is the same guy that said i would never let a white boy beat me....ignorance is ignorance....he and Floyd both posess it.

 

Golden propaganda, since then BHOP has had nothing but good things to say about Mayweather, calling him a teacher and a professor in the ring like himslef

 

He's living in the moment. Doing right for right now. Not having much foresight to adjust his lifestyle now, to prepare for his future. There' no doubt Floyd is talented, he's a hard worker and that combo has been his bread and butter. Unfortunately he's very damaged from his youth.

His whole shtick is him trying to be something he's not and having to live this lifestyle that fits the image he has in his head. He thinks being a ***** makes him look cool or hard.

He's got the money which in his head, gives him a free pass to be this donkey prize fighter who acts the ****in fool for a price. It's a big price tag they pay Floyd to perform but living up to this image, Floyd will blow through it faster than you can blink. ...a little dramatic but it was for effect.
