    Yes, he does. No doubt about it.
    Floyd is the perfect boxer who has never got beaten.

    Why wouldn't the greatest defensive boxer in history deserve to be remembered as a atg? Personality flaws aside look at what he did against such strong opposition

    In reality all people are equally repulsing, the most likable humans are the Greatest at masking those flaws.

    Those who give a great first impression are usually the hypocrites...

    Every time you see a "so called" douche-bag, you are looking at a non-hypocrite

    Fraud Mayweather got his ass beat by Castillo I and by Maidana. Oh, and he AVOIDED Margarito. People don't forget.

    Having said that, his grappling skills will come in handy if he ever decides to step into the octagon. Since he LOVED to hold so much in boxing, I'm sure he'll love to use it in a combat sport where it is actually legal to hold and grapple.

    Plus, he's undefeated fighting against women too. How many girl fights did he get into? Three or four, and he couldn't even put them down for the count. I heard the crowd walked out on those fights too, like they did against Baldomir.

    I'd say on talent, yes.

    On what he did with his talent - or rather what he avoided doing - I'd say no.

    On balance, no, because a fighter who spent most of his career ducking the real challenges is a fighter who never truly fulfilled his potential.

    That's doesn't sound like a rationalization from a dude for his **** personality. Not at all.

    You should not judge Oscar De La Hoya for his curiosity, or for refusing to take a risk vs Trinidad in the last Four rounds, we can't even judge him for his protectionism of his Pet...

    All humans are equally repulsive, if you don't see the repulsive flaw...You are looking at a hypocrite

    I don't see how a guy who handpicked guys at the right time i anywhere near top 10.. He waited with Manny 6 years.. 6... And all the other guys he handpicked after they had losses.. I don't see how he is near top 10 I give him ATG but more like top 50 maybe. I think he was always aware of who he should fight and he never was out of shape and always knew what he wanted, so he was consistent, but he also consistently handpicked in the same way he was in shape. Constructing an undefeated record. Which is interesting in itself, but to have not great fights an to not fight any prime great fighters when they were great, hurts his legacy. He had the chance to beat a sort of prime Manny and he waited. Waited till after Manny was knocked out by Marquez. Too much constructing a record and fighting guys at the right time, and ego about money. His career was more about constructing an undefeated record by fighting guys worn out but still had a name, and the blueprint was already there for the guys he fought and beat.. since they were beaten before..

    Void sucks but he's an ATG. If I can admit it, then it's true :deal:

    @BlizzyBlizz

    Holy beat Tyson twice
    Holy was a Cruiser Undisputed champ
    Holy beat Foreman, Tyson didn't fight Foreman
    Holy vs Lewis compared to Tyson vs Lewis

    Ali == Legend
    Tyson == ATG
    Holy == Great[/QUOTE]Holy didn’t really beat the real Mike. He beat the faded prison version. Holy is a great fighter, but he avoided Lewis for a while and that bothered me. While he gave us classic fights, he wasn’t a dominant champion at hvw. Plus Evan Fields sticks out in my mind.

    Great fighter but the opponents that he beat weren’t legendary. He had his chance to be a legend and fell just short.

    Troll.

    1. Manny was the one who refused testing, for 6 years. Roach already admitted it but you're trying to use revisionist history to change that fact.

    2. He fought many hall of famers and had an undefeated record

    3. He smashed Marquez, whom Manny NEVER beat!!

    etc etc etc
