Does Floyd Mayweather EVER stand a chance against Tommy Hearns?

Guys who beat Hearns had iron wills and good punches and were willing to go to war. Floyd is not that kind of fighter, and then on top of this Floyd's style is not great for Tommy. Tommy would jab and try and stop Floyd. I think Tommy might have trouble landing that right hand on Floyd because Floyd is so great defensively, but eventually Floyd will swell up and Tommy would win by TKO in about 9. I don't think it would be this easy knockout for Tommy after I have thought about it recently, but his style and power and speed are too much for Mayweather to get around. Leonard hit much harder than people realize at 147.

 

Mayweather would be competitive with anyone, but Hearns is all wrong for him.

It's the worst match up for him in WW history, all 3 Sugars and Salty included, so no he stands **** all chance. And I'm his greatest apologist on the Classic.

 

Only thing wrong with Money after this fight would be a dead shoulder.

No. Unless we're talking a shot to **** Hearns. But otherwise no.

 

Hearns obviously wrecks Floyd. It's out of the question. Too much speed, power, height, etc. This is one of the only fantasy match ups, in my opinion, where Floyd gets completely dismantled. Floyd's greatest asset is the way he could to adapt and take control of the fight. How would he adapt to Hearns?
