Probably not KO power especially at WW but people underestimate his punching power.
He kept the likes of Canelo honest. Pacquiao over thinking every move. KO'd Hatton brilliantly. Stopped Mosley dead in his tracks to go for the KO after multiple body shots thrown by Mayweather.

It's about technique. Floyd sacrifices power for speed.
First, Floyd more often than not, punches with the open palm. This is due to his hand problems. Floyd doesn't turn his knuckles into his punches. And Floyd loves the check hook, which he doesn't use as a power punch.

Secondly, Floyd rarely put his bodyweight into the right hand. You can often see Floyd on the toes of his right hand, and his hips already turned before he lets loose the right hand. This eliminates the telegraphy of the punch, but sacrifices power.

If Floyd was such a feather-fist like some like to claim, then how come no one walked through his punches?

If Mayweather would sit down on his punches and fully commit he hits easily as hard as Pac/delahoya or Mosley. fact........but he chooses to sharp shoot, counterpunch and uses his superior speed and timing to put his opponents in a shell without the risk of being countered........50 and 0 is all you need to know about.........and speed kills.
