Does Floyd Mayweather Jr. Know boxing?

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Peril, Jan 11, 2017.

Is FMJ a good judge?

  1. Yes. His expertise makes him a better qualified judge than ringside judges that never boxed.

  2. No. He may know how to box but he doesn't know how to judge a fight.

Your homophobic logic lost me to be honest. I'm not making threads about haters but I do find the psychology behind someone that extreme a little fascinating.

Simply stated, you are only willing to believe the opposite of what people tell you. Up is down, left is right, black is white. That is a ridiculous and paradoxical conceit.

Does sloths **** in the rainforests of South and Central America? Duh. 49-0, 20 years at the top of the sport and $700 mill in career earnings say he do. You're darn tootin' he does. Floyd has been slipping shots and throwing check hooks since he was in his momma's womb. Ain't nothing Floyd don't know about the sport of boxing.

    Serge ''Krusher'' Kovalev 32-0-0 (27KOs) & P4P#1. Real talk. That's what I'm talking about.

"Ain't nothing Floyd don't know about the sport of boxing." Except how to knock people out, fight offensively, speak intelligently, attract top talent to his promotion, how to fight without holding, inside fighting, pressure fighting, training, effective color commentary, treating cuts, reffereeing, and history. Floyd knows how to do what Floyd does, but that is by no means all of boxing. Floyd knows three things: defensive style boxing, doping, and making money.

Compared to Mike Tyson Floyd's a mental midget, especially when it comes to the science of boxing and its history.

If youre fighting outta the TMT camp and you draw, Floyds always going to say you won. It doesnt matter if you felt you lost and to your suprise, they read out a draw, Floyd will say you were robbed. I think thats good support.

Not a fan of Floyd outside the ring but gotta give credit where credits due.

There is actual video proof that he doesn't know how to score a fight. It's the one where he's bitching about the Degale Jack dec. He starts off telling everyone ''there ain't no one knows boxing better than me'' then comes out with an extraordinary fail on how kds are scored. He says when there is a kd the score is 10-8. When there are 2 kds the score is 10-7 but when there are 3 kds the score can't go below 10-7 which is 100% wrong. The score with 3 kds is 10-6. You wouldn't let any where near an official score card if he doesn't know that one. So all you bunnies that think he is god's answer to bad judging can put yourself in the same category as him. Y'all wouldn't know.
