Does Floyd winning the Ring title against Guerrero make him a 9 time champion?

Floyd's winning the Ring Magazines Welterweight title against Guerrero still makes him a 5 time division world champion with as many as 8 or 9 titles total added to his collection when it comes to the alphabet belts but basically in general Floyd's victory in particular over Guerrero makes him the 2-time WBC Welterweight & 2-time Ring Magazine Welterweight Champion of the world. And on a slightly more historical note it also makes Floyd just the third boxer to win the Ring title at 147 more than once (twice to be exact) since the retirement of the former 2-time Ring/Undisputed World Welterweight Champion and ATG Jose Napoles right behind 2-time Ring Magazine/Undisputed Welterweight Champion Sugar Ray Leonard & former 2-time Ring magazine/Unified Weltereweight champ "Sweet" Lloyd Honeyghan. Only difference of course between Floyd Mayweather from SRL, Napoles & Honeyghan is that Floyd won the Ring title twice without ever losing the title in the ring but that's just a fact being pointed out, not measuring ones greatness off of a statistic.

If Floyd won a belt against Guerrero then that proves that belts mean nothing today.
