Mexican fight fans are a more rabid fanbase. Blacks don't support their fighters as much like the used to back in the day. With that said they will show up in hometown fights guys like Alexander and Spinks had great followings in St. Louis.

    :deal

... but FMJ still couldn't sell out 35,000... AND the 4,000 extra last minute seats, regardless of where in the world you put him.

several fighters have a significant drawing ability over mayweather, including pacquiao, chavez jr, martinez, the klits, and **** even zou shiming. it doesnt say anything about the skillset though so dont be so butthurt man

Um Floyd is the highest paid athlete on the planet. He draws 50-70 mil in revenue per fight. More than any other boxer

What the **** are you talking about

The fighters mentioned have entire countries as fanbases.

Floyd does well on the TV because his tickets are too expensive, and his fans are a huge section of the casuals.

To be honest if PBF fought Trout in the Alamo dome and had similar prices as Canelo-Trout he would probably sell out. PBF isn't going to have prices that cheap though and he sells out arenas in Vegas where it counts.

So because Alvarez can do 40,000 with 300 dollar ringside seats

It makes him a bigger draw than a guy who does 15,000 with 1500 dollar rungside seats

Not even factoring ppv and fight revenue

    Are you ******ed?

Yes he would with tickets prices that low. But why would he do that to himself when he can make more money at the gate in vegas?
