frank warren has promoted hatton, naz, calzaghe and many of the greatest uk fighters of all time. his current crop of young talent include, frankie gavin, nathan cleverly, kell brook, james degale, billy joe saunders, stephen smith, the walsh brothers, ronnie hefron and tony bellew. after maybe top rank and golden boy are this group the best set of young talented fighters under one promoter?

Indeed a solid list of prospects. I have high hopes on DeGale and Brook, Gavin could be solid and heard nice things of Hefron, of the rest I'm not sure. Clev really looked **** in his last fight, Macklin didn't impress either and Saunders doesn't seem to be the fighter people hoped for. But hey, they can compete with any other stable in the world.

Warren's biggest question is if he can KEEP these fighters if and when they reach stardom?

I can see DeGale dropping him for GBP like Khan did... he would lap up the Las Vegas buzz.

:deal He may have to move some of them into bigger fights earlier than he initially intended to keep their egos happy thats for sure.

After all these years Warren seems to of finally realised that getting these boys big fights early is good for them , he has been too conservative for years with his boys and now there being branded around here there and everywhere !!!!

I really like his current stable of young fighters its so exciting as a British boxing fan to see this type of talent coming through ..........

    :good
