Froch wins this fight, prob late stoppage.

Can anyone really imagine Cory Spinks taking Froch to a split decision?

True. Plus Taylor ducked Calzaghe when an offer of $6m was on the table. Froch would fight Calzaghe for £60,000

If Taylor wasn't fast enough to catch Spinks, who stuck and ran the entire fight, then Froch probably wouldn't catch him.

It's as though every idiot who uses the Spinks fight to argue Taylor's lack of power thinks that Taylor pounded on Spinks for 12 rounds and couldn't stop him. Watch the fight... Spinks ran all night. On top of that, he's one of the best defensive fighters in the game. Froch couldn't land cleanly on Pascal... he wouldn't touch Spinks.

IIRC, Froch was offered a shot at Calzaghe a few years back, albeit on short notice, and turned it down.

And Taylor rejected a $5 million offer from Calzaghe, and countered with an ask of $6 million, which was not met. source.

I'm pretty sure Calzaghe opted not to do business with Taylor after Taylor struggled to sell out against Cory Stinks.

That, and after the Spinks fight there was a huge demand for Taylor/Pavlik, since Pavlik had just KO'd Miranda. The Taylor/Calzaghe talk just kinda tapered off.

Yes, I think Froch has a chance. He has some KO power and he moves much more than Pavlik.

Froch has a good chance to knock Taylor out.

Like people have been saying, it all depends on what Taylor has left in the tank. If he is refocused and has the heart for it, I fancy him to comfortably outbox Froch and take a UD.

I'll be rooting for Taylor though. (Froch is a bit of a ****).

But if the mother****er doesn't come through for me this time (I picked him TWICE over Pav), then I'll probably give up on him, and call him some bad names.[/quote]

LMAO I think you need to learn to say whats on your mind!!

its a toughie, jt has alot of boxing skills but has no heart in the ring its like he's scared of getting hit.
i think froch takes it by knock out, he hits harder then pavlik and has a solid solid jaw
