I believe he does. Height, reach, style, chin and character. Fury always gets a win, tho Wlad in prime makes it a Helleva lot closer.
So question is, Do you think think Fury has Wladimir s number?

Tough one, he certainly poses a huge threat regardless if he doesn’t get the W. I think I’m right in saying that Wlad never fought someone fury’s size. Combine that with incredible anticipation great footwork and speed for a man his size then I think you can definitely argue he beats a prime Wlad. I also don’t think we’ll see Fury any better than the night he fought Wlad. His speed in training was ridiculous for a man his size.

No. He had a rematch clause with the OLD Klitschko that he barely beat and he ducked that. Says all you need to know.

One of the most boring HW fights in history with hardly any punches thrown. Oh yeah, a real triumph

It'd be very interesting to see mad young Wlad fight him. Otherwise, yeah.

Perhaps the Jennings fight was telling us that Wlad was already slipping.

Prime Wlad KO's Fury fairly easily IMO. He had zero fear of Fury's power, and his risk averse Steward style was built on protecting his chin.
Wlad would take more chances, be more aggressive, wear Fury down and KO him later in the fight with little to no damage inflicted by Fury.
Fury outboxed the old Wlad, didn't have him even slightly in trouble.

Almost every elite level Klitschko win was as boring as that. Are you suggesting Wlad 'barely beat' guys like Haye and Povetkin? Fury won at least nine rounds. He won very clearly.

I think any skilled big man has a good shot at beating Wlad

It was boring in the sense of punches thrown, but it was tactical genius from Fury, he beat Wlad at his own game, mind you an older, slower and deflated Wlad. I don't think Fury beats a prime Wlad though, he doesn't beat a sharper and more hungrier Wlad.

LOl, I agree, WK as usual stunk the joint with Fury a willing participant.

Whats "Prime" WK ? Getting stopped by nobodies like Purrity/Sanders or Brewster ? Or is "Prime" going on a track meet with the absolute Heavyweight fraud of the decade , David Haye ? Or MMA wrestling with the Russian Hype job Povetkin ?

No, Fury beats ANY WK 10 out of ten because WK needs to get set to fire his artillery and Fury never let him set plus WK is way too timid to take chances...................Wilder took plenty of chances while firing right hand after right plus some hooks in the first fight until he eventually connected and with a less lenient Ref Fury would have been counted out.....

The reason WK had success against the stiff Bodybuilder with no head movement is that AJ barely feints and likes to trade hooks up close, aka he did not fight tall but again, WK got betrayed by his chin and stamina like in his other losses, full stop.

BTW, WK aint getting up from the Wilder shot Fury got up on, never ever, fact.

I don't think so. Every time a great fighter is beaten past his prime, people always assume that guy would always win. A young Wlad might've knocked out Fury. I was happy when Fury beat him though lol

I think a younger Wlad wins but the one who actually faced fury was not only old but also fought way too cautious. The Wlad of the early to Mid 2000’s who had a fast piston jab and also went for the knockouts would prevail over Fury.
