I think he wants everyone listening to him to believe it.

Sometimes fighters talk themselves in to believing their own rantings.
And in theory they can become better, more confident, determined fighters.
That's what Cassius Clay did when he was up against Sonny Liston.
But he had bags of talent.

Hopefully Fury will believe his own hype and come to the ring confident and give it a go, and go down fighting and out on his shield.
    Rather than do a 'Haye'.

Tyson Fury is a real talent and has just entered his prime, he will accomplish a lot more in his career and that will add to his legacy. He has beaten some decent fighters already Chisora x2, Cunningham and King pin etc.

He could have had a David Haye already but we all know what happened there.

he can talk all he wants. It means nothing. Its what he does in the ring and while he is undefeated and a top HW, he is entering the ring of BIG TIME BOXING against a guy he has never even come close to fighting.

Reality will set in, he words will long since been forgotten and he will get KO'd by Wlad

Fury was very respectful to wlad and the entire team. I even talked with him about nutrition the entire camp......Then he left working with Steward and the guy started talking all kinds of **** about Wlad, team Klitschko and Steward. It was strange...

Even lies about sparring with wlad..... "wlad made the sparring stop because I was getting to him".. then it changed to "wlad wouldn't spar me".. then it was "emanuel wouldn't let me spar because he knew Wlad couldn't handle it"...all of it BS

I just don't know what happened with Fury. I understand he is his own guy and challenger and believes he can win, but the siht talking over the years was just so opposite of what we knew about Tyson:huh Even Andy Lee (tyson's cousin) was speechless when he was in wlad camp and didnt understand why the change:deal

I think a lot of it it gamesmanship, but yeah telling outright lies is never a good thing... As a fan of both guys, I hope Fury can keep it together after Wlad sends him to the deck. He can definitely be a major player in the post-Klitschko HW division if he stays motivated.

Once Fury feels Wlads jab, he will realize he is in there with someone orders of magnitude better than he is....since basically he is a big bully with mental disorders (someone above mentioned bi-polar...I really believe he is bi-polar as well), he will be in waters way deeper than he's ever been in, and he will fold like a cheap accordion.

In fact, he'll fold up like his namesake Mike Fury did against Douglas.

I will be coining a new term after the fight...not a chicken dance but a Gypsy Dance.
