Looks like it, if you compare the way they look on film.

Gamboa is definitely better in speed, and so far he has a better KO percentage than Robinson, indicating more power...Gamboa also has better reflexes, look at the way he sways away from nearly every shot without even using a guard. Look at the way his combinations flow, too -- I doubt Robinson was looking THAT fluid and exceptional from such an early period in his pro career.

Now, if Gamboa DOES have more natural talent...could he go on to become the greatest of all time, if he fights enough times? Obviously he's a staple for ATG already, but he could potentially also become THE greatest in the history of the sport, and this is pretty exciting.

Speed and reflexes, yes. Power and timing, no.

    P4P strength?:think

Robinson is proven OBVIOUSLY to be an extremely strong fighter, but Gamboa looks as strong as a spartan prince, incredible strength.

Robinson obviously, but Gamboa is crazy ****ing strong.

OK, this is ridiculous, from the bery beginning. I'm pretty sure you were just joking around though, right? You're a much better poster than this man.

:rasta what! quite the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. robinson is in most sane expert's top 3 p4p of all time and gamboa is 9 fights in to his pro career and has already hit the deck twice.

Are you guys that dopey that you can't sense irony/sarcasm.

Sweet Pea, Amsterdam and co are over-rating this kid something chronic, to the point that Outboxer is taking the **** out of them.

But much like most of the ocassions they're being slapped silly by other forum members, neither of them are sharp enough to realise.

Which is why I both exposed your points and your credibilty in our last argument. Even the posters who are of the opinion that the sport has continually evolved, even past it's technical peak disagree with the ridiculous extemeties that you take.

Fighters of the 90's are primitive? This is what this clown is saying everyone.

The only thing you exposed is the fact that you'll argue all night about no particular point and then claim victory constantly, using "I know you are but what am I" sentiments because you can't actually string together answers to any points.

Speaking of rhetoric... I believe what I said was "Training methods, fight science, nutrients and ability to analyse the sport was primitive 20 years ago, compared to today"

But again, all you have is twisted words to attempt to make some semblance of a point, it's alright, your little groupie Amsterdam will swan on in and you two can play self congratulations to each others.

Anyone with a brain realises what you are.
