I mean with all due respect to the trainer he now has. We have to realize he was trained by the cream-of-the-crop of Cuban boxing coaches for years. I think the trainer he now has can/has learn(ed) him a few things more about the pro scene, but I think he has little more to add after a few more fights. It might sound disrespectfull but I mean every trainer has his level and I think Gamboa needs a much better trainer. What do you think?
From what I got to know, it's a Cuban who's a friend to Gamboa's father that is training him... The name I found is Roberto Quesada
Well gamboa was being trained by a great Cuban coach names Ismael Salas, He was a trainer in Cuba back in day, and a proved professional trainer aswell, I heard he only agreed to train Gamboa instead of all 3 cubans. Here he is next to Gamboa, you can see him in Gamboa's corner aswell in one of his lasts fights. This content is protected
Hmm I saw at the site of arena that he was trained by a Chilean coach (with the long hair) but I guess they switched then. If he is trained by Salas then that's better for him I guess and this thread can be taken as not posted for my part
he needs unca roger because he's the best motha ****az or floyd joy mayweather sr, the greatest trainer of all time, not this time, that time, full time, part time but of all time.
