    mix of both
he does put his whole life into that left hook and when he misses you see how much he swings it
and Khans chin is just terrible

Khan obviously has a fragile chin.....couple that with a sub par defense and that makes for a BAD combination.......Danny also appears to have good power too.

Solid power (not massive, but respectable), heck of a connection and a shaky chin. /thread

I've only seen like 5 of Garcia's fights to be honest and my assessment is that he has above average power on the world class level but I could be wrong cause I don't know that much about Garcia like that.......And Khan's chin is just not good, we know that of course.

Yeah, a bit of both. A decent puncher vs a person with a poor punch-resistence can yield results like that, especially if that person with the poor punch-resistence has an equally poor defence that leaves him wide open for the most dangerous punches in the game (punches that you don't see).

It's true, he stood in front of Danny all night and exchanged with him, but used excellent movement. He did also rock him in the 7th or 8th round. Ithink Garcia is being somewhat overrated since his win against Khan.

Maybe Khan could square off against Theophane as a comeback fight, here in the UK?

Been said better before but it's clearly a combination of both.Rico and I discussed pre-fight that although Khan had the speed to get by him,Garcia's style was potentially disasterous for Amir.
Unfortunately, there are too many styles at the top level which are all wrong for Amir.He has a better chance against a skilful boxer than he does against a brawler, although if he tightened up(which won't happen) I genuinely believe he could maybe get by Garcia and Matthyse.
Purely ifs, buts and maybes though.I like Matthyse a lot,but thought he was made for Khan. Now I think Lucas could hurt him badly.

I suggested that as a filler when Lamont got nipped, and was told it would never happen.
Now I don't think anyone should whinge if Khan comes down a level. If he's coming back,he needs to start again, and fighting at home would be a good way to convince people to get behind him.
Really though, when you've achieved what he did, would you really want to go on knowing you're not made for the real elite level? I'm not sure, but it's easy for me to say.Only an opinion.

    Both.

And add to it Khan's shitty recuperative powers.

Both. Garcia still had enough power to knockdown Morales in the final round tho Erik was STS.

He needs to come back, but more importantly,he needs to show some humility now, calm down, stop talking himself up, and the people will warm to him more, than if he came back and started bigging himself up. Really needs a chang of attitude. I don't blame him partly for what he has become. Fame and fortune does this to a person and inflates the ego, and he's got so manyidiotic hanger ons in his camp, he needs to get shot of the lot of them, and make his own way, focus and build himself up. He needs people telling him where he is going wrong, and keep him grounded. It really is back to square 1 though. I say he needs to step down a level then gradually work his way up, and learning/showcasing a defensive game which has been severely lacking.

Boxing is dangerous, he needs to understand that. With his antics, he could get imself killed, no joke here. It was horrible to see him take shots after the first knockdown, I feared for his health there.

Khan needs a mandibular transplant. Buy a mexican jaw on the black market. ****er would just be smiling and laughing from ear to ear everytime he'd get tagged.
