Its whatever is in the contract. Maybe for the meals, but you can rest assure that if GGG does sue Canelo he will likely never get his 15 million dollar payday again. So I highly doubt it. Too much money at steak for GGG, Loeffler, and Sanchez.
Yeah. Legal contracts and knowingly and will fully causing another to lose income is a financial crime civilly in all 50 states, and against federal law if a crime was committed under US jurisdiction. For instance, If Alvarez swears in front of a Nevada committee, the lab samples could be further tested FORENSICALLY. They can narrow down a batch of CLEN just from picograms of the drug. They can track the LOT#of the drug, and they can follow it's sale. Then follow the money to the pharmacuetical wholesaler, the batch to the Bovine Veterinary clinic or to the pharmacy. My guess is the thought of how much damage a full investigate could cause, GBP and Alvarez will be looking to throw a flat settlement out while covering much of whatever fight happens on May 5. Sadly, I'm inclined to think it'll be next week before we know if a defense will even go forward. Even if only for the WBC title.
ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! If GGG sues he will be blackballed by GBP and he will NEVER have a big money fight ever again. Maybe he could go over to the UK and get embarrassed by Saunders for a big check, but other than that if he sues Canelo and don't fight BJS he might as well retire.
I'd say the law suit would pretty much cover future loss of earnings so he wouldn't need to worry about fighting Clemelo again.. GBP doesn't have any other fighters of note so its a win for GGG (probs the only way he was going to get a fair one)... I'd imagine BJS in the UK will be a good earner for him then retire...
Well if he fights and beats Clenelo, surely hex never get a big money fight again. So he might aswell sue for loss of earnings..surely?
Well gentlemen , how did that lawsuit Deontay Wilder launched against Alexander Povetkin turn out? There is no precedent of a fighter winning a lawsuit because his opponent failed a drug test, so that will be a hard battle to start and expensive to finish. GGG and K2 would be wasting their money and time in my opinion. What do I know anyway. I have General Electric stock and Exxon Mobil stock that is currently tanking. I'm losing money as I type from these companies. The stock market is so jacked that I might sue Canelo for pain and suffering for not having relief by watching this event.
This is the latest I could find.. http://mmapayout.com/2018/03/court-...mails-re-meldonium-in-continuing-legal-drama/ Would be interesting to read what those emails said..
Yes, it could go to court...................doubt if it will, but it really could.............and should!
