Does GGG Have Harder One Punch Power Than Carter

Carter definitely had some freakish power, but not as much as Golovkin.

 

Carter was a strange one, within 18 months of beating Griffith he went to England and had successive fights with a journeyman from Liverpool named Harry Scott who lost 34 fights.
Carter won the 1st fight on cuts it was a bit controversial, they had a rematch shortly after and Scott beat him by decision, but Scott who admittedly was a tough cookie was never downed.
Carter seems to have blown hot and cold with his power.
